At Esterbrook Pens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new writing instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original Esterbrook gift packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
